Our Firm's History

Gene Halavanau successfully represents clients in personal injury and general litigation matters. Having worked in multiple industries and coming from a diverse multicultural background, he enjoys helping clients from different walks of life. A graduate from UC Hastings College of the Law in 2009, Mr. Halavanau was a member of the International Moot Court Team and held a position as a senior editor on the Hastings Business Law Journal. His passion to expanding his international experience took him to Hamburg, Germany, where he studied international business transactions at Bucerius Law School. Prior to founding his law practice, Mr. Halavanau held positions with various law firms allowing him to gain significant experience in every phase of trial work.

Gene is a member of the San Francisco Trial Lawyers Association and the Bar Association of San Francisco. He is fluent in Belarusian and Russian.
